Shipping and Returns
In-stock items will be shipped in 2-5 business days. If your item is out of stock it will be backordered and we will notify you with an expected delivery time. Once items are lodged with Australia Post we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages but will endeavour to track orders where possible. If delays are experienced please check in with your local Australia Post office and if your order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks please contact us.
We will make every effort practical to ensure that delivery timeframes provided are accurate. However the delivery times stated for our products assume that the stock availability information provided by our suppliers is accurate and that delivery times are not adversely affected by unforeseen events. To find unusual or specialist products we often deal with very small suppliers so sometimes unavoidable delays occur. Your understanding means that we can keep our prices as low as possible and bring you a specialist range.
Your purchases are covered by a 100% money back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will give you a store credit for the purchase price or if you prefer, we will refund you the purchase price by cheque or credit card refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us or phone the number at the top left of our home page.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
We try to feature Australian products. Sometimes the best or only product of a particular type is manufactured overseas. We carefully select overseas
products from a range of suppliers with similar sustainable-living philosophies to our own.
